• Setting up the Consortium Agreement
  • In FP7 the partners are required to sign a consortium agreement before the official contract signature with the EC. This agreement deals not only with the management procedures but in particular with liabilities and intellectual property rights.

In FP7 IT Consult can act as full partner responsible for the management, and since management cost are funded 100% no additional cost are involved for the consortium.
